Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 2023 OF ASENYACHTS, SL

The boat charter will be confirmed once payment of 50% of the total amount of the rental has been received.

Any pending amount must be paid before boarding the vessel. In case the boat charter is cancelled, the following

refunds on the charter fee will be applied:

FULL REFUND: All bookings canceled at least 30 days prior to departure

75% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 30 and 14 days prior to departure

50% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 14 days and 7 days prior to departure

25% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 7 days and 24 hours before departure time

NO REFUND: All bookings canceled within 24 hours to departure time

BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS

In case of bad weather conditions on the charter date, the client will receive a full refund or will be able to

reschedule the charter based on availability. The clause of ‘’bad weather conditions’’ will be applied in case of wind

gusts of 25 knots, waves of 1.5 meters or more, heavy rain at the time of departure or forecasted for the rest of the

day. The captain and the boat managing company also have the right to cancel the charter in case safety of the

passengers cannot be guaranteed due to bad weather conditions.

NOTE: The sub-rental of the boat by the central agency (Ibiza Boat Service, SL) does not give the right to claim a refund

after having cancelled the charter. The cancellation policy conditions will be applied.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The maximum duration of the contracted service is 8 hours. The departure time will be stipulated between 10 am and 1 pm and the maximum arrival time 8 am after the departure time. If the client arrives after the stipulated departure time, no hours will be added to the time initially defined.
